Latex

Latex is a milky and sticky colloid which is dribbled from the rubber bark. The process, in which rubber bark is incised so that a fluid is dribbled into vessel, is called “tapping”. The latex then is refined into rubber which will be used for further commercial processing. In most harvested areas, latex is coagulated then processed into dry forms that are easier for both transport and further processed phases.
